NivoRadar® – NR 3000 Series | Lens antenna
Application area
The NivoRadar® 3000 enables continuous level measurement of bulk solids under all process conditions. Equipped with a lens antenna and a stainless steel flange connection, this radar sensor delivers highly precise measurement results due to its narrow beam angle of only 3°, even at temperatures up to 250 °C. The adjustable flange allows for easy alignment in conical silo areas, ensuring the entire contents is reliably detected. Thanks to an integrated compressed air connection for cleaning the lens antenna, accurate level measurement can also be ensured in dusty environments.

NivoRadar® – NR 7000 Series
Application area
The non-contact 80 GHz FMCW radar sensor NivoRadar® NR 7000 with a narrow beam angle of 8° is used in various industrial applications in storage silos, process tanks, IBC containers or open basins for continuous level measurement. The free-radiating level transmitter has a compact design with a 1 ½” process connection (PVDF) and a measuring range of up to 20 m as well as a very fast response time. The radar sensors are food compliant, WHG-certified and suitable for use in hazardous areas. The radar level transmitters can be used in aggressive media such as acids, alkalis and solvents as well as in highly viscous liquids and oils.

NivoTec® – NT 9000 | Local fill level display
Application area
The NivoTec NT 9000 is a local display unit for a 4…20 mA signal. The device is directly inserted into the signal line and functions as a display instrument for a 4…20 mA current loop. It can be combined with both passive two-wire and active four-wire sensors. The displayed value can be selected between the current or a scaled value (e.g., volume, mass, etc.).
